Digital Downloads:

Every pattern has been through extensive testing and , reading and rereading.  Every effort has been made to ensure there are no errors in our patterns.  With that being said, we are human and mistakes can happen in the event that you find mistake, please drop us a line and we will correct the problem as soon as possible, if you need clarification on a pattern we will be glad to help in anyway possible.

Patterns will be sent in PDF form to your email or can also be sent by regular post. If you are requesting a hard copy the postage will be added to the price.

Shipping:

I ship via USPS (US Postal Service)
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days of  receiving payment. Out of Country shipping will take longer due to rules and regulations of USPS.

Shipping of special orders: Please contact us for a date that you item(s) will be shipped. The time frame may be longer depending on the amount of items for orders we are in the process of making.
Shipping outside the US: We will ship to anywhere providing you contact us first so we can get an accurate price for your item to be shipped.

A notification will be sent to your email address informing you of the date that your item(s) were shipped.

Returns:

No refunds/exchanges/returns.

In the event of a damaged or lost item, You are responsible for shipping the item back to me in it’s original condition, and I, in return, will mail the new item to you at no additional cost. I will refund your money (less s&h) or replace with the same item. You must notify me within five days of receiving your order.

No returns/refunds/exchanges on special orders. All matters concerning you order will be discussed in full upon finalizing you order including shipping and special pricing if there are any adjustments

Additional Information:

Each item in my store is made in a smoke-free environment. I take pride in my work and make every effort to ensure you are getting the best.  Many enjoyable hours have been put into every knitting product or item we sell and our hopes are that you enjoy the item(s) as much as we did making them for you. I do however have a pet and he doesn’t usually help in the knitting/sewing process but stray hairs might find their way to your product. With that being said we make every effort to keep that from happening and place your item in a sealed plastic bag as soon as it’s completed. Thank you for your understanding.

Large Orders: If you are looking to make a large order purchase we will need time to fill this order, due to the nature of hand knitting every piece ourselves. Please contact us for dates and pricing.
